The Focus special magazine “Recht & Rat” honors Orth Kluth Rechtsanwälte as “Top Commercial Law Firm 2023”. This is the fourth year in a row that the law firm has been named in the top list of commercial law firms in the area of construction law. It was listed for the third time in the areas of employment law and commercial law.
Orth Kluth is delighted to retain its top corporate law firm ranking this year and thanks all the colleagues for their recommendations.
The selection of the Top Commercial Law Firms 2023 is based on the recommendations of lawyers from commercial law firms and corporate legal departments. In total, more than 17,000 lawyers and 2,641 in-house lawyers were invited to name particularly recommendable commercial law firms in 25 areas of law. The survey was carried out in cooperation with Fact Field.
