Simon Grosse-Brockhoff advises on labor and employment contract law. He assists companies with complex restructurings, workforce adjustments, M&A transactions, and matters related to works council law. Another key focus of his practice is the development of collective employment terms and the digitization of HR processes. Key areas of his advisory work include the legal development of HR workflows and legal tech tools, as well as the implementation of IT systems in compliance with works council law and data protection regulations.

He has been a lawyer at orka since 2009, became a salary partner in 2011, and has been a partner since 2016.

Simon Grosse-Brockhoff studied law at the University of Passau and at the Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Universität Bonn. There, he worked as a research assistant to Prof. Dr. Gregor Thüsing, LL.M., at the Institute for Labor Law and Social Security Law and received his doctorate in 2008. He completed his legal clerkship in Düsseldorf and Hong Kong. He has been a certified labor law attorney since 2013.
