We represent German and international clients in proceedings in accordance with the rules of recognized institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the German Institution of Arbitration (DIS) or the Swiss Arbitration Centre.

In order to achieve the best results for our clients, we prepare meticulously and develop tailor-made strategies for each legal dispute. We often also advise on an amicable settlement with an open outcome. Ideally, the end of the proceedings is followed by the continuation of the successful business relationship with the contractual partners involved.
