Manja Steinicke provides comprehensive legal advice in the areas of architecture and engineering law, private construction law, construction litigation, project development, and the drafting and implementation of EPC and EPCM contracts.

Her practice focuses on providing legal support for large and complex construction and plant engineering projects—from planning through project execution to the resolution of disputes both in and out of court. She represents clients both in state courts and in national and international arbitration proceedings (DIS). Her clients include companies in the plant engineering, energy, and infrastructure sectors, as well as traditional construction firms, project developers, and investors.

She has been a lawyer at orka since 2014 and was named a partner in 2026.

Manja Steinicke studied law at the University of Bayreuth and the University of Münster and completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court. In addition to her law degree, Manja Steinicke successfully completed an LL.M. program at the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia, specializing in corporate and commercial law. Manja Steinicke is a certified specialist in construction and architectural law.
