Patrick Ostendorf is not admitted to the bar. He is Of Counsel and advises orka in this function internally rather than clients directly.

Patrick Ostendorf is an expert in antitrust law, law of regulated markets as well as in national and international contract and distribution law. He started his professional career first as a lawyer at orka in 2004 before he left the firm in 2008 and has been working as Of Counsel for orka since then. Since 2009, he first held a professorship for business law at the University of Applied Sciences Bielefeld, since 2014 he is Professor of Business Law at the HTW Berlin.

He is a fellow of the European Law Institute and Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non-practising).

Patrick Ostendorf studied history and law at universities in Constance and Berlin. From 2003 to 2004 he completed an LL.M. degree at King´s College in London.
