Dominique Faßbender advises on individual and collective employment law as well as service contract law. Main focus of her work are concepts for HR reserves and the employment of external personnel. As member of the “Team Mobility” she has comprehensive expertise in the rail sector.

She joined orka as a lawyer in 2007 and became a Salary Partner in 2018.

Dominique Faßbender studied law in Gießen and Bochum and completed her legal clerkship in Essen. In 2011 she qualified as a Certified Specialist in Labour Law (Fachanwältin für Arbeitsrecht).
