Daniel Strupp has been a lawyer since 2008 and has many years of experience providing legal support for complex construction projects in the commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors. He advises public contracting authorities, private investors, companies, and architectural and engineering firms on all matters relating to private construction law and construction insurance law.

He began his career at Kapellmann Rechtsanwälte in Düsseldorf, where he worked for several years. This was followed by more than seven years as an in-house counsel in the pharmaceutical industry. He has been a salary partner at orka since 2021.

He completed his undergraduate studies and earned his doctorate at Ruhr University Bochum, and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court.
