Nils Neumann’s practice focuses on national and international contract and procedural law, including contract drafting and litigation. He has particular expertise in liability law.

Nils Neumann joined orka as a lawyer in 2004, having previously worked as a lawyer and consultant in Hamburg as well as PhD-student in Geneva.

Nils Neumann studied German law at Saarland University as well as French Law at the Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand in Saarbrücken. Here, he also worked as a research assistant at the Institute of French Private Law. In 2004, he completed a postgraduate course with an LL.M. in European and International Business Law at the University of Lausanne. During the same year he received his Doctorate in Law from University of Saarland.
