Thomas Krahwinkel advises on individual and collective labor law as well as employment contract law. In addition to litigation and procedural matters, a key focus of his practice is the development of individual separation scenarios and the drafting of contracts with executives and corporate bodies, particularly in connection with major restructuring projects.

He has been a lawyer at orka since 2011 and was named a salary partner in 2020.

Thomas Krahwinkel studied law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main and completed his legal clerkship in Frankfurt am Main. He has been a certified labor law attorney since 2014.
