We are looking for exceptional graduates who would rather share their knowledge in lively discussions than carry it around in neat briefcases. We involve young professionals in client work from the outset and facilitate direct contact with the client. We are pleased if you are quickly perceived as a lawyer in your own right.
Thanks to our onboarding process, there are no technical or non-technical questions that will leave you out in the cold.
We offer you targeted further training through in-house training courses and participation in external training courses. In addition to technical and legal content, we also offer regular soft skills training as part of our personal performance program. For this purpose, we were able to recruit the mental coach of a Bundesliga 2 football club.
We discuss your personal development in regular feedback meetings. All employees benefit from a consistently close and very cooperative working relationship with the team and the partners of the firm.
