Christina Cannistra advises clients on corporate law and M&A. Her primary areas of focus in corporate law include business succession, as well as corporate reorganization and group law. She regularly advises on transactions and corporate restructurings, with a focus on transactions in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. She has been with orka since 2009 and was named a salary partner in 2016.

Christina Cannistra studied law at Friedrich-Alexander University Erlangen-Nuremberg and at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She completed her legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf Regional Court, including a placement in Dublin, Ireland, and received her doctorate from the University of Cologne in 2013.
