Christina Cannistra advises clients in the areas of corporate law and M&A. Her particular focus is on reorganization and group law. She regularly advises on transactions, investment rounds and corporate restructurings. She has been with orka since 2009 and was appointed Salary Partner in 2016. She is part of the Legal Tech Team at orka.

Christina Cannistra studied law at the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg and at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Düsseldorf with a station in Dublin, Ireland, and received her doctorate from the University of Cologne in 2013.

Christina Cannistra is a member of the Corporate Law Association – Academic Association for Business and Corporate Law (VGR).
