FIELDS OF LAW

Driven by technological progress and digitalization, the world of employment is constantly changing, requiring flexibility and new skills from employees. In order to remain competitive, companies must react to this and adapt their processes. The team in our employment law practice group supports companies in this process.

We advise on restructurings and transactions, including the strategic and legally compliant implementation of personnel adjustments. We support our clients in collective bargaining, reconciliation of interests and social plan negotiations and advise on modern solutions such as volunteer programs and early retirement.

We advise on employment law aspects of mergers and acquisitions and carry out due diligence reviews. We support the adaptation of working conditions and the development of innovative remuneration systems as well as flexible working time models. Our expertise also includes co-determination and cooperation with the works council and trade unions, including the negotiation of collective agreements and the implementation of conciliation committee proceedings.

In addition, we offer ongoing support in day-to-day HR business and compliance issues, data protection and international assignments. We advise managers on drafting contracts and avoiding personal liability. We also offer training courses for HR departments and managers to provide up-to-date legal knowledge.
