Terese Heiter advises on individual and collective employment law. She has been an attorney at orka since 2025.

Terese Heiter completed her law studies at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, specialising in ‘Labour and Business’, and at the Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II in Naples, Italy. During her studies, she worked as a research assistant at a Düsseldorf-based employment law firm.

She completed her legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf District Court, with stations in the employment law department of an international commercial law firm and at the German Embassy in Rome.
