Orth Kluth has been nominated for two Juve Awards in 2022 – Employment Law Firm of the Year and SME Law Firm of the Year.
The employment law practice group headed by equity partners Dr Guido Matthey and Dr Simon Grosse-Brockhoff, and everyone else at the offices in Düsseldorf and Berlin, are delighted about the nominations.
The 10-strong employment law practice team in Düsseldorf and Berlin advises clients on all aspects of individual and collective employment law and provides end-to-end support to companies of all sizes – from DAX-listed corporation to SME – in structuring employment terms and conditions, as well as in structural and personnel transformations.
One of the employment law practice group’s growth fields is the digitalisation of HR processes and legal tech. In partnership with OK Legal IT GmbH the practice team provides legal design and legal counselling services for individual legal tech solutions relating to external personnel deployment and contract management, for example.
“After expanding the team across both offices, adding new members and appointing salary partners, as well as the new focus on future issues such as legal tech and digitalisation, the nomination for the Juve Award is a huge acknowledgement of our practice group’s work,“ said Dr Guido Matthey and Dr Simon Grosse-Brockhoff.
The entire firm is also excited to have been nominated for the ‘SME Law Firm of the Year’ award. With this award the Juve editorial team is moving beyond specific areas of the law to recognise law firms for their overall performance and, in particular, management performance.
“We are extremely proud to have received these nominations in our 25th anniversary year,” said equity partner and law firm founder, Dr Robert Orth. “They confirm the effectiveness of our consulting concept, which is to combine a comprehensive range of legal consultancy services for high-end mid-tier clients with uncompromising quality, as well as offering in-depth sector know-how with interdisciplinary teams with diverse specialisations. Orth Kluth is also increasingly employing digital solutions in its consultancy activities. Finally, we have an excellent team culture that is greatly appreciated by both our employees and our clients.”
The final award winners in all categories will be announced during the awards ceremony at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt am Main on 27 October 2022.
