Orth Kluth advises Talanx Group on long-term cooperation agreement with Deutsche Bank on the distribution of insurance products

In future, the Talanx Group will offer private customers of Deutsche Bank, Postbank and BHW Bausparkasse exclusive insurance cover for consumer and mortgage loans. The corresponding agreement between the Talanx Group and Deutsche Bank will come into effect on 1 January 2023 and will run for ten years.
The Talanx Group operates as a multi-brand provider in the insurance and financial services industry. These include HDI, Hannover Re, PB Versicherungen and TARGO Versicherungen.
Orth Kluth provided legal advice to the Talanx Group in the negotiation and drafting of the cooperation agreement.
