We comprehensively incorporate new developments and trends from the entire compliance sector, both legally and through IT support.

We advise decision-makers and companies in the area of white-collar criminal law, in particular in connection with prevention, defense and representation in investigations and criminal proceedings.

We are familiar with the development, implementation and optimization of criminal law compliance management systems, including the performance of risk analyses within the company. We develop guidelines and codes of conduct and provide support in the creation of fact sheets and checklists. In addition, we offer training courses for employees and managers and also produce training materials. In the past, we have also supported clients in setting up and operating whistleblower systems (whistleblower hotline).

In collaboration with our Audit & Investigations team, we have supported clients in numerous investigations with IT forensic-based data analyses (eDiscovery, compliance tools) and achieved court-proof results through accompanying data protection and employment law analyses. In addition, our experts have conducted countless interviews and are experienced in the evaluation and strategic classification of investigation results.
