The law firm Orth Kluth has been named Germany’s Law Firm of the Year for Regulated Industries at the annual JUVE Awards 2021.

The traditional gala took place yesterday evening at Frankfurt’s Alte Oper in front of more than 500 invited guests from law firms and companies. Germany’s leading law firms in the various fields of law as well as legal departments were honoured.

After being nominated in the regulated industries category with four other law firms, the team led by Dr. Anselm Grün and Dr. Michael Sitsen was able to convince the jury of the JUVE Awards. In the laudation it says: “Orth Kluth’s advice on the public transport rescue package recently attracted a lot of attention and praise. But the Mobility Inside mandate in particular takes the firm’s work in the transport sector to a new, comprehensive level: the networking platform for mobility services now also relies on the firm for corporate law and other areas of law. This represents a breakthrough for the full-service mobility team, which emerged from the regulatory work of Berlin partner Dr. Anselm Grün. Competitors praise him above all for his litigation. In the dispute with DB Netz, he won a much-noticed victory before the BGH, which strengthens the position of private railroads in Germany.”

The entire team around Dr. Anselm Grün and Dr. Michael Sitsen is very pleased about the exceptional recognition of their achievements and celebrated the award together until the early hours of the morning in the Alte Oper.
