Dominika Stachurski advises on regulatory law and related areas of law.
She specializes in the law of regulated transport markets (railroads, electromobility and public transport) and energy law (electricity and gas industry, hydrogen and renewable energies).

In 2019, Dominika Stachurski joined orka. Before that, she worked for three years as a lawyer in a law firm in Berlin specialized in energy law. She was appointed as Salary Partner in 2022.

Dominika Stachurski studied law in Paris and at the University of Göttingen, where she received her doctorate in 2016. She obtained her master’s degree in Polish business law at the Jagiellonian University in Cracow. She completed her legal clerkship in Berlin and New York.
