Orth Kluth advises Konstant Unternehmensgruppe on the entry of a group of investors into the Austrian HPW Metallwerk GmbH

The commercial law firm Orth Kluth advised Konstant GmbH, based in Schwaz, Tyrol, Austria, on the acquisition of HPW Metallwerk GmbH by a group of investors. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
Konstant GmbH is an independent, private and owner-managed investment company for medium-sized industrial companies. The Konstant Group was founded 10 years ago and is active in the DACH region with around 600 employees.
HPW Metallwerk GmbH, founded in 1946, is one of the global technology and innovation leaders for high-performance wires in electromobility. HPW is therefore one of the key companies in a rapidly growing future market.
The investors are a group of entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial families who develop medium-sized investments in the DACH region and actively support these companies in their growth plans through their network and expertise.
