The commercial law firm orka has advised Infoniqa Holding GmbH on the acquisition of the software company Perview Systems GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Perview Systems GmbH is an owner-managed Hamburg-based software company with over 20 years of expert experience that has been supporting organizations in the digitalization and optimization of their HR processes with the Perview HCM suite since 2015. Perview has been developed for medium-sized and large companies and is completely industry-independent. Perview offers a modular and intuitive HCM suite that simplifies complex HR work with smart HR software.

The Infoniqa Group is a leading provider of payroll, finance & HR outsourcing and software in the DACH region. As a full-service partner, Infoniqa supports companies in the digital transformation and efficiency enhancement of their HR and finance processes. The five-member orka team led by Düsseldorf corporate/M&A partner Dr. Marc Henze advised Infoniqa comprehensively on the acquisition. The transaction once again underlines orka’s expertise in providing private equity advice on complex M&A transactions.
