The commercial law firm Orth Kluth appoints Dr. Marc Menrath as a new Salary Partner. The appointment took effect on January 1, 2024, meaning that the salary partnership now consists of a total of 30 professionals (15 female, 15 male).

Dr. Marc Menrath has been working as a lawyer at Orth Kluth since 2014 and advises clients in the areas of construction and plant engineering law, construction litigation law as well as architects’ and engineers’ liability. He studied law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and was awarded his doctorate there in 2012. Dr. Marc Menrath is also a specialist lawyer for construction and architectural law.

The team of the construction and real estate law practice group in Düsseldorf and Berlin consists of twelve lawyers and is led by equity partners Dr. Gary Klaft and Philipp Galaske. “We are delighted that with Marc Menrath we have been able to welcome a colleague who is highly valued in the team and has outstanding expertise into the circle of salary partners,” says Dr. Gary Klaft. “We are particularly pleased that we were able to appoint Marc as a salary partner in his 10th anniversary year at Orth Kluth,” adds Philipp Galaske.
