Orth Kluth advises Swiss investment company on acquisition of majority stake in wind energy supplier

The law firm Orth Kluth has advised an investment company from Switzerland on the acquisition of 90 percent of the shares in HAWART Sondermaschinenbau GmbH.
HAWART Sondermaschinenbau GmbH, founded in 1993 and based in Ganderkeese in Lower Saxony, is primarily active in the areas of development, design, production and assembly of manufacturing equipment for rotor blades and logistics components. The product range also includes machines and equipment for numerous other industrial sectors. Manufacturers in the wind energy sector worldwide use the company’s technically leading solutions.
The Düsseldorf-based Orth Kluth team led by corporate/M&A partner Dr. Robert Orth provided legal advice to the investor throughout the acquisition process.
