The commercial law firm Orth Kluth advised the experienced insurance sales specialists and agency owners Lars Helbig and Sascha Zumbusch on the establishment of a specialized insurance agency and the negotiation of an insurance contract with Gothaer Versicherungsbank VVaG tailored to the special needs of small and medium-sized businesses.
The newly founded insurance agency GEWI Solution 1827 GmbH primarily offers comprehensive and needs-based insurance solutions for company pension schemes for employees on the basis of insurance products from Gothaer Lebensversicherung AG. In addition, the offering for commercial customers is rounded off with individual insurance solutions in the form of company health insurance for Gothaer Krankenversicherung AG and commercial property insurance for Gothaer Allgemeine Versicherung AG.
With the new insurance agency, Mr. Helbig and Mr. Zumbusch are combining their many years of expertise in brokering insurance products from Gothaer Versicherungen, particularly in the area of company pension schemes and specialized risk coverage for small and medium-sized businesses. This also underlines the modern orientation of Gothaer’s exclusive sales organization and the Gothaer Group’s claim to be the leading partner of small and medium-sized businesses and to further expand this position.
The Orth Kluth team advising the client consisted of Dr. Kai-Michael König, Martina Stasch (both Corporate / MA), Dr. Ulla Kelp (IP/IT/Data Protection) and Thomas Krahwinkel (Employment Law).
