The career magazine azur, which belongs to JUVE Verlag, has included orka in its list of the TOP 100 employers in the German legal market. As a result, orka was able to maintain its position in the highly regarded ranking from the previous year.

The azur editorial team summarizes the firm’s development in the very first sentence with “speed and ambition” and “reasonable working hours”. Quotes from the survey such as “good atmosphere and hierarchy-free team dynamics” and “understanding and consideration for personal problems is very pronounced” or the satisfaction regarding the compatibility of career and family are particularly pleasing.

The editorial team selected the most attractive employers for lawyers in Germany from over 250 commercial law firms, legal departments, public authorities and consulting firms. Around 5000 applicants, associates and in-house lawyers took part in the survey.
