Mandy Beck advises on public economic administrative law. Her practice focuses on public procurement law, environmental law (including waste management law), and grant law. Mandy Beck advises on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues at the German and European levels (particularly regarding the regulatory requirements of the PPWR, ESPR, EUDR, and CBAM). In addition, she advises on municipal law and immigration law. Mandy Beck has particular industry experience in the field of mobility (infrastructure, public transit, and regional rail). She has been working as a lawyer at orka since 2022.

Mandy Beck studied economics and law (B.Sc.) and legal studies at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. At the same time, she completed a specialized foreign language course in Anglo-American law at the University of Münster. Subsequently she attended an LL.M. study programme with a focus on International Environmental Law at the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK.

During her LL.M. studies she already worked as a research assistant in a major international law firm. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf with stations at orka and the European Commission.
