Mandy Beck advises on public commercial administrative law. Her practice focuses on public procurement law, environmental law (including waste and immission control law) as well as construction and planning law. She also advises on state organization and municipal law as well as immigration law. Mandy Beck has particular industry experience in the mobility sector (infrastructure, local public transport, regional rail transport). She joined orka as a lawyer in 2022.

Mandy Beck studied economics and law (B.Sc.) and legal studies at the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster. At the same time, she completed a specialized foreign language course in Anglo-American law at the University of Münster. Subsequently she attended an LL.M. study programme with a focus on International Environmental Law at the University of the West of England in Bristol, UK.

During her LL.M. studies she already worked as a research assistant in a major international law firm. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf with stations at orka and the European Commission.
