Johanna Gedik advises in the areas of corporate law and M&A. She was admitted to the bar in 2026 and works as an associate at orka.

Johanna Gedik studied law at the Ludwig-Maximilians-University in Munich and at the Seoul National University School of Law in Seoul. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich, including stages at a German commercial law firm in Brussels.

Subsequently she completed her PhD at the Paris Lodron University in Salzburg (under review), with a research stay at the University of Oxford, while also working as a legal research associate at GvW Graf von Westphalen in Munich.
