Gina Leder advises on all contractual and procedural aspects of national and international commercial and contract law. One focus of her work is advising companies on large logistics projects and logistics outsourcing. Gina Leder also advises on the legal structuring of supply and distribution relationships, in the area of plant construction as well as on product liability law and quality assurance.

She joined orka as a lawyer in 2021.

Gina Leder studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, where she also completed a parallel degree in Anglo-American Law. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court with stations at the Düsseldorf Chamber of Industry and Commerce, orka and Jank Weiler Operenyi Rechtsanwälte (Deloitte Legal) in Vienna, among others.
