Florian Schwuchow advises national and international clients (funds, institutional investors, asset managers, and family offices) on real estate law. In addition to his specialization in commercial lease law, his practice also includes providing legal counsel for real estate transactions and project developments. Furthermore, he advises on matters of ongoing asset management and supports clients in both out-of-court and court disputes.

Florian Schwuchow has been a counsel at orka since 2026. He began his career in 2015 at SammlerUsinger before moving to Luther in 2020. From 2024 to 2026, he headed the commercial lease law practice as in-house counsel for the Krieger Group.

He studied law at Freie Universität Berlin and the University of Cape Town. After passing his first state examination, he earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Melbourne in Australia. He completed his legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal before being admitted to the bar in 2014.
