Michael Grobe-Einsler specializes in data protection law (including employee data protection law), IT law and copyright law. He successfully completed the specialist lawyer course for information technology law.

Michael Grobe-Einsler studied law at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum and the Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität in Münster and completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Düs-seldorf Higher Regional Court with stations in the legal department of the Heinrich-Heine-Universität Düsseldorf and at the law firm Simmons & Simmons. He received his doctorate in 2016 from the law faculty of the FernUniversität in Hagen. In 2020 he accompanied a project in the field of data protection law at an international group.
