Esther Herrnstadt advises on collective and individual employment law as well as employment contract law. She specializes in advising on company pension schemes and in providing employment law advice on restructurings and transactions. In addition, she regularly advises on works constitution and collective bargaining law.

Esther Herrnstadt has been working as a lawyer at orka since 2020. She was appointed partner in 2025. Before, she worked as a lawyer at Noerr in Düsseldorf and Hopfgarten Rechtsanwälte in Wuppertal and Düsseldorf.

She studied law at the Albert-Ludwigs-University Freiburg with the additional qualification “European, international and foreign law” and at the Universitat de València, Spain.
