Nils Neumann’s practice focuses on national and international contract and procedural law, including contract drafting and litigation. He specializes in liability law.

Nils Neumann has been a lawyer at orka since 2004, including 2 years in Brussels. Prior to that, he worked as a lawyer and legal advisor in Hamburg and as a doctoral student in Geneva and Luxembourg.

Nils Neumann studied law at Saarland University and French law at the Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand in Saarbrücken. He also worked there as a research assistant at the Chair of French Private Law. In 2004, he completed a postgraduate course in European and International Business Law at the University of Lausanne with an LL.M. degree. In the same year, he received his doctorate from the University of Saarland.
