Marc Menrath practises in the fields of construction and plant construction law, construction law litigation as well as architects’ and engineers’ liability. He joined orka as a lawyer in 2014.

Marc Menrath studied law at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf. Between 2010 and 2013, he had worked as a research assistant at the Institute of Criminal Law, Commercial Law and Media Law. He received his Doctorate in Law from Heinrich Heine University in 2012. Marc Menrath is a Certified Specialist in Construction and Architectural Law (Fachanwalt für Bau- und Architektenrecht).
