Christiane Hoffbauer advises in the areas of commercial, civil and distribution law. Her focus is on the drafting and negotiation of contracts in the areas of purchasing and sales, distribution, cooperation and investment projects. She also regularly represents clients in out-of-court and in-court disputes. Christiane Hoffbauer also offers expertise in logistics law. She advises national and international companies, primarily from the mechanical and plant engineering, industry, trade and mobility sectors.

She has been a lawyer at orka since 2007 and became a partner in 2018. Christiane studied law in Bonn and Geneva and received her doctorate from the University of Cologne in 2010. She worked as a visiting lawyer in Philadelphia, USA, and as a Secondary in a DAX company in Düsseldorf.

She is a lecturer at the Academy of the German Association of Materials Management, Purchasing and Logistics (BME) in the field of purchasing law and regularly holds training courses.
