Orth Kluth advised credativ international GmbH, a global provider of IT services in the field of open source infrastructure, on the acquisition of all shares by the Australian Instaclustr Group.
Customers worldwide rely on the technical expertise of the German and US credativ companies to achieve business goals through the implementation and use of powerful open source technologies such as PostgreSQL, Kubernetes and Debian.
