Thomas Krahwinkel advises clients on individual and collective employment law. In addition to litigation and the handling of major restructuring projects, an essential focus of his work is the development of individual separation scenarios and the drafting of contracts with executives and executive bodies.

He joined orka as a lawyer in 2011 and was appointed Salary Partner in 2020.

Thomas Krahwinkel studied law at Johan-Wolfgang-Goethe-University in Frankfurt/Main and completed his court clerkship in Frankfurt/Main. In 2014 he is qualified as Certified Specialist in Employment Law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht).
