Patrick Ostendorf is not admitted to the bar. He is Of Counsel and advises orka in this function internally rather than clients directly.

Patrick Ostendorf is an expert in antitrust law, regulated markets law as well as national and international contract and distribution law. He began his professional career as a lawyer at orka in 2004 before leaving the firm in 2008 and has been working for orka as Of Counsel since then. Since 2009, he initially held a professorship for commercial law at the University of Applied Sciences in Bielefeld and has been a professor at HTW Berlin since 2014.

He is a fellow of the European Law Institute and Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales (non-practising).

Patrick Ostendorf studied history and law at universities in Constance and Berlin. From 2003 to 2004 he completed an LL.M. degree at King´s College in London.
