The commercial law firm Orth Kluth advised BMS Consulting GmbH on the sale of its banking division and its subsidiary Eudemonia Solutions AG to BMS Corporate Solutions GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.

Düsseldorf-based BMS Consulting GmbH is a company specializing in IT consulting with a focus on banking and financial service providers as well as non-profit organizations. Its previous subsidiary, Eudemonia Solutions AG, based in Düsseldorf, is a software development company with 20 years of experience in the corporate client business and over 50 employees.

The buyer, BMS Corporate Solutions GmbH, also based in Düsseldorf, was founded in 2020 by Atruvia AG, the digitalization partner company in the Genossenschaftliche FinanzGruppe, and BMS Consulting GmbH as a joint venture and competence center for solutions in the corporate client business.

The acquisition of Eudemonia Solutions AG and the banking division of BMS Consulting GmbH has secured the BMS Group’s many years of corporate client expertise for the Cooperative Financial Network in the long term. The new organizational structure is intended to leverage potential in the cooperative corporate client business and pursue the company’s growth even faster. With 150 employees in the future, the Corporate Clients Competence Center in the Atruvia Group will be further strengthened and expanded.
