Nicola Lübke advises on public commercial law.

Her practice focuses on substance and product law, state aid and subsidy law, as well as environmental law. Her expertise also includes public administrative law.

She is working at orka since 2025.

Nicola Lübke studied law at the Albert Ludwigs University of Freiburg. She then obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in “Human Rights, Conflict and Justice” with a focus on international law at SOAS University of London. She completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf, with placements at the Federal Foreign Office, in the legal department of an internationally operating corporation, as well as at orka.
