These associations – as well as the german federal bar association (Bundesrechtsanwaltskammer, BRAK) – are competent for conciliation and arbitration (ombudsman), complaints can be sent to the postal addresses mentioned above. As long as not stated otherwise, all our lawyers are members of german bar associations and acquired the title “Rechtsanwalt” in Germany.
The professional indemnity insurance is provided by Allianz Versicherungs-AG, 10900 Berlin, Germany. The insurance’s scope includes activities within the member states of the European Union and therefore, at the least, fulfills the legal requirements according to sect. 51 Bundesrechtsanwaltsordnung (BRAO).
