Felix Meurer advises clients on all aspects of IT and data law, including in particular legal issues relating to artificial intelligence, IT security and data protection, telecommunications and telemedia law as well as copyright law with IT law implications (e.g. software law).

Felix Meurer also specializes in the e-commerce sector, advising start-ups (HealthTechFinTech) and with a view to new technological developments. He also works with a focus on legal tech & legal operations with the digitalization of the application of law.

Felix Meurer has been a lawyer at orka since 2020. In 2025 he was promoted to salary partner. Felix Meurer studied law at the Ruhr University in Bochum. During his studies, he worked as a research assistant in law firms specializing in IT law/media law. Felix Meurer completed his legal clerkship at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court, where he focused on the areas of IT/IP law and interfaces between law and business.

In addition to his work as a lawyer, Felix Meurer is teaching e-commerce law at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences (HTW) in the summer semester of 2023.
