Eva Lamertz advises on individual and collective employment law as well as employment contract law.

She has been a lawyer at orka since 2024.

Eva Lamertz studied law at the University of Mannheim. At the same time, she completed her studies in corporate law with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.). During her studies and legal clerkship, she worked as a research assistant in a media law firm in Cologne, specializing in employment and data protection law.

Eva Lamertz completed her legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe with stations at two internationally active commercial law firms in employment law.
