Guido Matthey advises on employment and service contract law. His main focus is on advising companies on complex restructurings, personnel adjustments and works constitution law matters. Issues relating to company pension schemes and the advice and procedural representation of companies, executive bodies and managers in employment contract law matters are further important areas of advice.

Guido Matthey joined orka in 1999 and established the practice group for labour law. He studied law in Bielefeld and Bonn and received his Doctorate in Law from the University of Bonn in 1999. He qualified as Certified Specialist in Labour Law (Fachanwalt für Arbeitsrecht) in 2001.

Guido Matthey is also a lecturer in the field of labour law at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V. (German Association for Personnel Management).
