Dieter Posch advises on public law matters, in particular on planning law issues. He joined orka in 2012.
Dieter Posch was head of department at the regional council in Kassel for the areas of traffic law and human resources. He also taught as a part-time lecturer at the administrative seminar and at the administrative college. From 1989 to 1991 he was State Secretary in the Hessian Ministry of Economics, from 1999 to 2003 and 2009 to 2012 State Minister in the Hessian Ministry of Economics, Transport and Regional Development. He is a lecturer in traffic management at the University of Kassel.
Dieter Posch studied law and constitutional sciences in Marburg and Vienna.
