We are looking for exceptional graduates who prefer to use their knowledge in lively discussions – rather than carrying it around in neat briefcases. Persuasive offenders when it comes to applying and enforcing the law. Fit lawyers who love to be measured against high professional standards, but don’t have to constantly prove themselves. Digital natives who appreciate a tech-savvy working environment but can also switch to analogue in their free time. Nice colleagues, with humour and ideas – without airs and graces.

We involve young professionals in client work from the outset and facilitate direct contact with clients. We are pleased when you are quickly recognised as a lawyer in your own right.
Thanks to our onboarding process, there are no technical or non-technical questions that will leave you out in the cold.
We offer you targeted further training through in-house training courses and participation in external training programmes. In addition to specialist legal content, we also offer regular soft skills training as part of our personal performance programme. We were able to win over the mental coach of a Bundesliga 2 football club for this programme.
We discuss your personal development in regular feedback meetings. All employees benefit from a consistently close and very cooperative working relationship with the team and the partners of the firm.
