Beatrice Kemper advises in all areas of collective and individual employment law as well as in service contract law. The main focus of her advisory work is on M&A transactions, restructuring and personnel adjustments. She develops legal tech tools (employment law) and advises companies on the introduction of IT systems under employment law. In addition, she regularly advises companies on the interface with real estate law, in particular in the context of real estate transactions.

Beatrice Kemper joined orka in 2021 and was appointed as Salary Partner in 2022. Previously, she worked as a lawyer for 5 years at Hopfgarten Rechtsanwälte in Wuppertal and before that at RPO Rechtsanwälte in Cologne.

She studied law at the University of Cologne and completed her legal clerkship at the Regional Court of Bonn. She also holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in “Lawyer Law and Lawyer Practice” from the FernUniversität Hagen and a further Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in “Real Estate Law” from JurGrad gGmbH Münster.
