Gary Klaft advises on real estate and construction law. He has many years of experience in construction contract and construction litigation law, plant construction law and project-related advice. He joined orka as a partner in 2000 and has headed the construction and real estate law practice group ever since. Previously, he was a lawyer in the Düsseldorf office of the former law firm Pünder Volhard Weber & Axster.

Gary Klaft studied law in Bielefeld, Bonn and Sydney and received his doctorate from the University of Bonn in 1997 with a highly regarded dissertation on the Construction Workers’ Liability Act. He is the author of numerous publications, primarily on construction and plant contract law.
