Marc Henze advises in the areas of MA and corporate law. A particular focus of his MA advice is on transactions in the healthcare life sciences sector. In corporate law, his focus is on advising corporate bodies and supporting restructurings.
Marc Henze joined orka in 1999 and has been a partner since 2002.
He studied law at the University of Osnabrück and received his doctorate from Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf in 2002.
