The commercial law firm orka has gained Vladislava Zdesenko as a new salary partner for its construction and real estate law practice group. She will join the Berlin office on February 1, 2025 and strengthen the real estate practice.
Vladislava Zdesenko advises national and international clients on real estate transactions and project developments, construction and property law as well as commercial tenancy law. She mainly advises in the area of corporate real estate as well as institutional investors and family offices in all aspects of commercial real estate. During her professional career, she has assisted her clients in real estate transactions and court proceedings throughout Germany and internationally, in particular in the USA, Switzerland, the Russian Federation and Ukraine. She is fluent in German, English, Ukrainian and Russian.
Vladislava Zdesenko was admitted to the bar in 2007 and was previously a salary partner at Leinemann & Partner in Berlin.
Ms. Zdesenko will expand the eleven-strong team to include the two practice group heads Dr. Gary Klaft and Philipp Galaske. In Berlin, there is currently one salary partner and one associate working in construction and real estate law.
Dr. Gary Klaft, Partner, comments: “Vladislava Zdesenko is a welcome addition to our practice group, as her move will enable us to spread our real estate law expertise across several shoulders and thus respond even faster to the increased demand in this area. With her transaction and project-related advice, she completes our profile and fits perfectly into our team.”
“Our office in Berlin is developing very well and we are delighted to have gained a new member for our practice group in Vladislava, who brings with her extensive advisory experience and market knowledge as well as a great deal of initiative,” says Düsseldorf partner Philipp Galaske.
“I am very pleased to be part of this dynamic team at orka. The firm’s existing structures and full-service approach combined with specific industry know-how offer numerous points of contact and development opportunities for my clients,” comments Vladislava Zdesenko.
Lawyer Vladislava Zdesenko studied law at the Free University of Berlin. She completed her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal. She is a member of the Berlin Bar Association, the German Bar Association and the German-Israeli Lawyers’ Association.
With the move of Vladislava Zdesenko and senior associate David Salm, who will start in Düsseldorf in March 2025, the JUVE Top 50 law firm is continuing to consistently implement its growth plans in the construction and real estate law practice group. For Dr. Anselm Grün’s notary’s office, which is already based in Berlin and also focuses on clients from the real estate sector, this will result in synergies and positive impulses.
