Vladislava Zdesenko advises national and international clients on real estate transactions and project developments, construction and property law as well as commercial tenancy law. In addition, she mainly advises on corporate real estate as well as institutional investors and family offices on all aspects of commercial real estate.

She has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industry. Even before her first state examination, she worked as an assistant to the management of a medium-sized real estate company with an international portfolio and accompanied real estate transactions from the calculation of profitability through legal due diligence to the conclusion of the notarial purchase agreement. During her professional career, she has assisted her clients in real estate transactions and court proceedings throughout Germany and internationally, in particular in the USA, Switzerland, the Russian Federation and Ukraine.

Vladislava Zdesenko has been a salary partner at orka since 2025. She previously worked at Leinemann & Partner in Berlin and was admitted to the bar in 2007.

She studied law at the Free University of Berlin. She completed her legal clerkship at the Berlin Court of Appeal. She is a member of the Berlin Bar Association, the German Bar Association and the German-Israeli Lawyers’ Association.
